Limitless Cover Named Best Digital Car Insurer at the 2025 Insurance Choice Awards

Limitless Cover, the flagship consumer brand of JL Insurance Solutions Ltd, has been named Best Digital Car Insurer at the 2025 Insurance Choice Awards, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 25 January. The award recognises the brand's ongoing investment in its digital customer experience and its commitment to making car insurance simpler and more accessible for UK drivers.

The Insurance Choice Awards are among the most respected accolades in the UK insurance sector, with winners selected by an independent panel of industry judges. Limitless Cover was chosen from a shortlist of twelve digital insurance providers following an assessment of the brand's quoting platform, customer satisfaction scores, and claims handling performance.

Judges highlighted Limitless Cover's ability to deliver a fully personalised motor insurance quote in under two minutes, its 4.6 out of 5 average customer satisfaction score, and its investment in a digital-first claims notification process that has significantly reduced average claims handling times.

Director Jessica Llewelyn, who accepted the award on behalf of the group, said: "Winning Best Digital Car Insurer is an incredible honour and a reflection of the hard work our technology, product, and customer experience teams put in every day. We set out to build something genuinely customer-first, and this recognition validates that mission."

Limitless Cover has experienced rapid growth since its integration into the JL Insurance Solutions group following the completion of the merger in July 2024. The brand now serves over 120,000 active policyholders and continues to grow its share of the UK digital car insurance market.
