The transaction, which was first announced in March 2024, brings Limitless Cover fully under the JL Insurance Solutions group umbrella, creating a combined entity that serves over 95,000 active policyholders across the United Kingdom.
Under the terms of the merger, Limitless Cover will continue to operate as the group's flagship consumer brand, retaining its existing brand identity, customer relationships, and leadership team. The integration combines JL Insurance Solutions' established distribution infrastructure and regulatory expertise with Limitless Cover's market-leading digital quoting platform and strong consumer brand recognition.
The merged group will operate from the group's headquarters in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, along with offices in London and Cardiff. The combined team is expected to grow further during the second half of 2024 and into 2025.
